Shipping + Return Policies
By completing a purchase with Celestial Beauty Co, you are agreeing to our shipping and delivery policy.
Delivery estimation time for products that are shipped within the United States (excluding holidays) are between 5-12 business days. Please keep in mind that our products are 100% handmade and require an extended time to be created, processed, packaged, and shipped to you. Once your package has been processed by our shipping carriers, you will be provided with a tracking code to track your package upon delivery. The shipping carriers we use are USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).
Celestial Beauty Co. currently does not offer international service. Please check back for any changes or updates regarding international shipping services or offers.
Due to the nature of our products being a 100% handmade, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds at this time.
Celestial Beauty Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS).
If item is damaged during shipping, we will send a replacement package at no additional cost to the customer. If the address you provided is incorrect and items are returned to Celestial Beauty Co., you will be charged for the cost of shipping to resend the package.
